Apartment "Calade"
The flat has some 30 sqm (320 sq.ft). The living room and the kitchen, whose windows open onto a old fig tree, are on the ground floor. Wood stairs lead to the gallery where the double bed is to be found. The flat naturally includes a pleasant shower room with toilet. And there is the icing on the cake: round the house you will find our garden, where you can relax in the shade of our old fig tree.
Furnishings: The kitchen is conveniently fitted out for preparing simple dishes, with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Household linen is provided, with fresh towels every week. For your comfort, the flat is centrally heated in the winter months. As you will probably hardly have time to watch television, we left it out. But you won't cut off either: with WiFi and your laptop, you can surf away for free.
And not to forget , the rent for this flat contains all service charges, including end-of-stay cleaning. We naturally appreciate your leaving the flat as tidy as you found it on arrival. We regret that pets ar not welcome. And we ask you not to smoke inside the flat.
Price for one week: 480,-Euro (from 15th june to 15th september)
Every additional day: 77,-Euro
Off-season: 420,-Euro for one week, the additional day 70,-Euro
